What are the cancellation policies?

If you made your reservation and need to cancel your service:

• 100% of your advance will be refunded if you notify us 15 days before the date of service.
• 50% of your advance will be refunded if you notify us 7 days before the date of your service.
• If you cancel your service between 6 and 1 day in advance, the deposit for the service will remain at the expense of the company, but it can be used at a later date with a validity of 1 year from the date of your servicie cancelled.
• If you cancel your trip less than 24 hours before the departure of your trip, the deposit will remain at the expense of the company.
